• Any personal information provided to Academy of Multiple Intelligences (AMI) will be processed by AMI for the purposes of administration, research, and provision of mentoring services. AMI will not disclose this information to third parties for marketing purposes. AMI itself may use this information to provide marketing information. If you do not wish to receive marketing information from AMI you can unsubscribe in the link provided in such materials at any time.

• Class times and fees are given in the “Acceptance letter,” “Remittance Form” or the relevant “Venue Sheet” for each course. An application will only be deemed to have been accepted if accompanied by the payment of the required deposit or the complete fee. Receipt of the application and any deposit or fees paid at the time of application will be confirmed in writing along with all relevant course details and acceptance of any student is not confirmed until that letter has been issued.

• Methods of Payment. Transfer money to the bank account of AMI.

• Courses take place according to the schedule. The dates for the following term will be made known in writing at the end of each term. Written confirmation from AMI of an application confirming that a student has been allocated a place establishes a contract for the provision of mentoring services.

• Cancellation. You may request a withdrawal by emailing to [email protected]. If you withdraw from a programme at least 5 business days prior to the start, a full programme fee minus an administrative fee will be applied as a credit to your AMI account. If for any reason, you would like to be reimbursed instead of credited, please allow two to three weeks for refund processing. Special events such as one-day workshops or lessons are nonrefundable. No refunds will be issued after the third lesson.

• AMI reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and to the mentoring staff.

• AMI will from time to time take photographs and film footage of students during lesson time for use in AMI marketing and publicity material. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed/filmed please let us know in writing.

• Students participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform AMI and its staff of any existing injuries or medical condition.

• Students are obliged to take care of their own belongings. AMI can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings.

• The liability of AMI and that of its staff is restricted to lesson time only and then only to gross negligence.
